This is being reposted to restore the link to this original post. I've had some pretty freaky success with the law of attraction. The law of attraction is simply the Universe giving you back the things you are keeping vibrant in your mind. It is the power by which worlds were molded, a power that you hold that allows you to create any reality you wish to experience.
The phrase Law of Attraction” also appeared in the writings of Theosophical writers William Quan Judge in 1915 and Annie Besant in 1919. This law works with the energy of allowingness, and seeing all as love, so one may dispense with the unnatural feeling of getting even.
The Secret” is not the first to advocate this (indeed, most of modern holy books have love” and justice” as their core teachings). It only works because these laws are shaping your life as you know it. In the 1900s, the Law of Attraction began to gain popularity.
This is a book for the more advanced reader of knowledge about the application of mind power to achieve whatever you want in life. In my book The Seven Spiritual Laws of Success , the Law of Intention and Desire lays out the five steps for harnessing the power of intention to create anything you desire.
Again, this can often be a great time for us to inadvertently create a whole different experience simply so we can move beyond the attachments that we create at the mind level. Whether you believe it or not, whether you want to believe it or not, the Law of Attraction always was, and will always be.
Also there are OTHER laws that goes with Law of attraction. The Law of Attraction (LoA) is bullshit when it: screws people over not only by dishonest marketing (pseudoscience), but also by disconnecting them from their subconscious and negative emotions, and fostering self-blame.
Both Jesus and Horus have been called the good shepherd, the lamb of God, the bread of life, the son of man, the Word, the fisher, and the winnower. While they may not have called it the Law of Attraction, the Universal Law, or whatever label get more info we use today, their quotes would seem to show that they had a grasp of the core belief in the system or something closely allied to it.
And I've seen archetype work have radical changes with no physical actions (or even time for them) going on. It is that which makes me think that no matter what my skeptic side (OK, I'm down to only about 10% skeptic at this point, but since I operate in fields where people have that in near homeopathic dilutions, it's still something!) thinks about the power of ‘belief' — and by power I mean the power to change YOU, and it is YOU who change your reality — I have still observed and experienced something that is a little more than that, particularly the intensifying of ‘convenient synchronicity', that I can't attribute to the basic physical stuff.
I want to point out that 2 times in my life, I have had an inner voice speak to me. And a 3rd occasion I remember so vividly, is feeling such intense love for the present moment, that everything faded out. I appreciate that man is not advanced enough to understand "the secrets of the universe." However, this law of attraction is not a natural law.
I should note that I still get angry emails about this post, primarily from people who've just discovered the Law of Attraction or something like it, and clearly haven't read the post (but have decided to be angry about someone calling their new faith bullshit).
Applicable to any challenge or goal and irrefutably commonsense, these 5 laws form the basis for almost any successful person or endeavor. The Law of Attraction is highly advanced stuff, way above my understanding. There is an ancient spiritual adage, When the student is ready, the teacher appears.” I teach Law of Attraction from a spiritual perspective.
